Program Information We will have a few ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES opening up for students looking to get into the PHYSICAL THERAPY field. The clinic is called Physical Therapy Specialist which is located at Bastenchury and Placentia Ave right down the street from CSUF.This is a LEARNING internship and will allow students to work directly with Physical Therapist. We currently have 2nd and 3rd year students from various PT schools in the OC area, who are doing their clinical rotations at our clinic.Our interns will have many opportunities to LEARN and will get LOTS of hands on experience. Students will be able to shadow PT's, prescribe exercise and administrate modalities (little to NO cleaning).
The internship opportunities start July 23rd- September 14th (8 weeks). There are two shifts available: 7am-1pm OR 2pm-7pm, both Monday- Friday. We will be flexible but we need someone who can be committed to these hours! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in the field!!!
