Program Information TAPP offers a comprehensive program for students who want to develop positive parenting skills and who want to graduate from high school. It is located on the campus of Ron Hockwalt Academies in the Walnut Valley Unified School District. Children of TAPP students are eligible for free quality childcare at our Infant/Toddler Development Center while classes are being attended.
