Program Information Omid Multicultural Institute for Development (O.M.I.D) is a non-profit organization which specializes in providing social services and mental health counseling to the immigrant and underserved communities at a sliding-scale fee. Omid is multicultural and multilingual and offers services in, but not limited to: English, Spanish, Farsi, Dari, Arabic,Turkish, Armenian and French.
