Program Information The Raise Foundation is dedicated to preventing and stopping the cycle of child abuse and neglect through education, advocacy, community collaboration, and comprehensive services for families and children. The nonprofit has helpful staff in 7 of the 15 family resource centers (FRCs) and provides a unique mobile FRC ?Resources In Motion? (RIM) that goes into highly underserved neighborhoods to help at-risk families. The organization also hosts a Prevention & Treatment Conference each March for professionals who work with children (and this year added parent sessions) and with the help of the community, coordinates countywide awareness campaigns such as last summer?s focus on Kaitlyn?s Law.
