RRM guides and develops careers of established, as well as up-and-coming talent, in the field of film, TV, commercials and print. Additionally, the company collaborates with other production houses on development of film and TV projects. RRM was formed by Matt Ilczuk and Sean Dubravac in 2008 in Hollywood as an event and PR company that soon transitioned into talent management and production.Approved by the Talent Managers Association.
