Program Information Sprouts of Promise Foundation is a non-profit who operates three Certified Farmers' Markets. Our mission is to educate people about healthy eating, & provide a place for farmers' & local businesses to share their locally grown produce & gourmet foods. We enable farmers' & vendors to provide their quality goods, & help the community to acquire farm fresh foods that heal & nourish.
