Program Information Promote healthy lifestyles to school age children. The program runs in coordination with the Kids Run the OC Marathon. This program is designed to promote and increase level of physical activity. Also promoting healthy eating challenges. This programs runs for 10-12 weeks. The program would meet once a week for two hours. Volunteers will lead a small group children during warm up exercises, assist and participate during the run, and lead a game at the end of the program. Each lead would ask to create and implement a nutritional challenge.
