Program Information A community-based non-profit recovery agency where our mission assists people with choices who have been diagnosed with mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse issues. We provide quality services in areas of residential, case management, vocational, educational, and social environments. We are CARF accredited and have been a leader of mental health services in Southeastern Connecticut for over 40 years. Training is always provided.
