Program Information We are a nonprofit corporation that provides direct treatment services for those suffering with substance abuse and mental illness. We are a program of SMRS called the Pasadena Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, and we are one of 12 locations in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
