Program Information The OCFJC is a collaboration of 16 government and nonprofit agencies that provide many of the resources that victims of family violence (child abuse, domestic abuse, sexual assault and elder abuse) need in order to overcome these types of crimes. The OCFJC Foundation continue to provide direct victim assistance and empowerment and violence prevention resources.
