Program Information Club 21 provides the deucational tools and resources that enable individuals with Down Syndrome to be fully included. We do this through support, by educating, advocating,and celebrating with our families. We offer over 12 programs that support families from the moment they get a Down Syndrome Diagnosis to age 24 years.
