Program Information With a rich history that includes our Walnut Village Retirement Community, our Summer House Memory Care neighborhood and the Walnut Village Rehabilitation and Care Center, caring begins with the whole person. We strive to engage your body, mind and spirit so that you live each day to the fullest ??? at all levels of care. We have been the choice residents and medical professionals for more than 65 years. We are also a continuing care (CCRC) retirement community. Our community always has a place for caring and compassionate volunteers and interns to interact with our residents.
