Program Information Harbor Community Clinic (HCC) was created over 40 years ago in response to the overwhelming need of healthcare for those who could not afford healthcare coverage in the harbor area. HCC provides General Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Family Planning and Mental Health Services. Our Pediatric Center provides immunizations for children, sick and well child checkups, sports physicals, and many other health related services for children.
