Program Information Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the oral health care of children in Orange County through collaborative programs directed at prevention, education and treatment. The vision for Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County is that through collaboration and partnerships, children of our community will enter school ready to learn and pain free.
