Program Information Each day, the Social Services department receives over one hundred calls for diverse types of financial assistance, including rental assistance, utility bill payment, or other requests. The Case Worker Administrator responds to these calls with instructions on how to receive aid from SOS, or with referrals to other agencies. \r\n\r\nThe Case Worker Administration Volunteer is often the first person a client connects with and represents SOS as we fulfil our mission of providing care and assistance to those in need.\r\n\r\nWe also have openings in our food pantry.
