Program Information Forever Young Memory Care is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) licensed in California to provide care to six seniors. We are a residential home that specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's care. We provide housing and 24 hour care to our residents that consist of help with all activities of daily living (ALD's) such as: dressing, bathing, incontinence care, meals, medication management, and more.
