Program Information FMS HS is a group of health care professionals, athletic trainers, occupational athletes and performance specialists, with experience from a variety of fields, who have brought their unique skills together to improve the movement of all the individuals we work with. Our team has successfully worked with professional athletes, tactical athletes, and workers from a variety of occupational industries. Our sole mission is to work with companies, large and small, and insurance carriers who are looking to help employees move better and reduce injury costs. Once movement patterns are assessed and risks are identified, FMS HS provides targeted, movement-based solutions that are specific to each employee's unique capabilities to reestablish sound movement patterns improve movement efficiency, and reduce injury risks.
