Program Information Ladera Education Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization which operates a public charter middle school with a dormitory which is a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). We focus on serving foster youths and children fro low income, impoverished communities. Many of our children are wards of the court who have been referred to us by the Departments of Children and Family Services and Probation.
