Program Information The Cal State Fullerton Women???s Soccer Director of Soccer Operations internship (DSO) is a two-semester commitment. Beginning the spring of 2019 the DSO will begin working with the women???s soccer coaching staff to development an understanding of the daily aspects of Division I coaching. The DSO is a non-coaching position but the intern will be able to attend daily, weekly coaching and team meetings. You will be asked to assist with the preparation of all training and video sessions. The DSO will be expected to attend all home matches and will have the opportunity to travel with the team to local away matches. This is a very important role as the DSO will be the initial contact to visiting programs as well as community representatives on behalf of our program.
