Program Information SCS is an employee-owned environmental consulting and construction firm that designs and implements sustainable environmental solutions. SCS is a full service provider. We study challenges and design solutions; we remediate, build and operate environmental and energy projects and systems; and we monitor a wide range of environmental control systems. Our core capabilities are: solid and hazardous waste management, landfill gas, site remediation, renewable energy, and regulatory compliance for air, water, and soil.
