Program Information Salus Hospice is a licensed, Medicare certified and Joint Commission accredited hospice agency that has been serving Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties since 2015. Our dedicated staff is comprised of hospice professionals that receive a comprehensive orientation and training which includes the most up to date end of life care methods. In order to support our mission of ???Always There??? ??? we only recruit and retain the most compassionate and clinically expert staff from the geographic areas that they are working so that the highest quality of care is delivered. Our hospice team includes nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains and home health aides. Every patient and family receive an individualized plan of care that addresses their unique needs and situation.
