Program Information Southland Integrated Services, Inc. improves the well-being of Orange County\u2019s diverse population through outreach, education, and community health services. Established in 1979 originally as a refugee supporting agency, Southland has grown and adapted to the community needs, eventually receiving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in 2015. Southland provides a variety of services and programs including but not limited to: Primary Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health Services and a number of social service programs aimed at improving our patients overall health through integrated care.
