Program Information The Commission on HIV (COH) serves as the local planning council for the planning, allocation, coordination and delivery of HIV\/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) services in Los Angeles County. The 51-member federally required Commission reports to the Board of Supervisors and are working collaboratively with stakeholders to end HIV by 2030.
