Program Information Michelle Chiou Foundation Inc. is a non-profit agency based in Chino, California that has a strong history of international giving and strengthening communities. We are expanding our efforts locally by offering a tutoring and mentorship program to students 6th to 12th grade. We are currently searching for talented and nurturing volunteer tutors for our students, who are available 2-3 hours a week.
