Program Information CLA SoCal???s case management program???s purpose is to provide CLA SoCal clients with supportive services to support their legal outcomes. Case managers can support clients throughout the entire legal process which can impact their lives, their ability to be active participants in their legal case, achieve self-sufficiency and access to a life they choose. CLA SoCal???s clients are low-income residents of Southeast Los Angeles County and Orange County with legal issues such as: immigration, public benefits, health, family law, etc. Often CLA SoCal???s clients have been impacted by trauma whilst attempting to navigate systems like, legal, healthcare, social services, education, etc.
