Program Information

The Refugee Health Alliance (RHA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that has been providing the majority of medical care for asylum-seekers and other vulnerable populations at the US-Mexico border in Tijuana since 2018. Our majority volunteer team and Mexican staff even persevered throughout the COVID19 pandemic to serve 75 to 100 migrants a day for about 1000 service encounters a month from visiting shelters on Saturdays and our 2 weekday clinics. RHA is considered a leader in the region for helping meet the health needs of migrants and has been recognized for doing so by accolades and awards from organizations like Al Otro Lado.
