Program Information Whittier Area Youth Soccer (WAYS) league provides children and adolescents in the Whittier area access to a high quality, recreational youth soccer program. The objectives of the program aim to develop good character and sportsmanship among players, coaches, referees, and spectators, to develop all-around athletic coordination and prowess, to perpetuate a positive learning experience, and to assure every participant an equal opportunity to play soccer.
