Program Information We are a non-profit community clinic and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in San Gabriel Valley, California. The mission of HCHC is to provide high-quality and affordable holistic health care for the low-income, underserved, and medically indigent population of San Gabriel Valley. We provide medical, dental, acupuncture, and behavioral health services for our patients throughout our four branches in San Gabriel, Rosemead, El Monte, and the City of Industry. HCHC patient population comprises limited English proficient immigrants from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
