Program Information Learning Link, Inc. is an early intervention services company and a certified Non-Public Agency through the California Department of Education. We provide early childhood developmental services, academic support services, speech-language therapy, and occupational therapy in order to support families and their children. We operate and offer our services in person. At Learning Link Inc. our mission is to provide services that are developed to foster each child's individual needs based on an evidence-based approach.
