Autism Spectrum Support Center is a family-owned agency seeking to continue to grow our team with a high energy Registered Behavior Technician / Paraprofessional to provide in home ABA 1:1 sessions with clients in the greater Orange County area. Our team provides:\r\n\u00b7 Flexible schedules\r\n\u00b7 Paid Training\r\n\u00b7 Paid drive-time and Mileage reimbursement\r\n\u00b7 Growth and development opportunities\r\n\u00b7 Staff socials\r\n\u00b7 Ongoing supervision and support\r\n\r\n\r\nPAY: \r\n\r\nRange from $20.00-$30.00 based on experience and education\r\nJob Types: Part-time, full time \r\n\r\nClinical Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour\r\nDrive Time pay: $16\r\n\r\n\r\nWORK LOCATION\r\nOur company holds 1:1 services in home and in clinic. \r\n\r\nOur clinic is located in Orange, California and we provide in home services to \r\n\r\nmultiple locations throughout Orange County (Orange, Fullerton, Placentia, Buena Park, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Brea, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Lake Forest, Tustin, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo - Covering North OC, Central OC, and South OC).\r\n\r\n\r\nFUNCTIONS\r\n\u00b7 Performing ABA intervention in-home 1:1, parent training and consulting\r\n\u00b7 Develops and maintains a professional relationship and rapport with families, client, staff, professionals\r\n\u00b7 Records and analyzes data/session notes from daily sessions\r\n\u00b7 Conducts reliability data for parents on a monthly basis\r\n\u00b7 Provides agendas, protocols, measurement systems and procedures for monitoring family progress toward goals\r\n\u00b7 Manage multiple cases per day/week\r\n\u00b7 Meets/Reports to supervisor on a weekly basis regarding cases\r\n\u00b7 Flexibility: is open and accepting to changes in cases and program delivery\r\n\u00b7 Responsible for maintaining communication between client families and supervisor\r\n\u00b7 Demonstrates leadership skills by leading by example\r\n\r\n\r\nCOMPETENCIES\r\n\u00b7 Excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the company\u2019s mission\r\n\u00b7 Receptive to feedback from supervisors in a positive manner\r\n\u00b7 Has demonstrated initiative in own professional development\r\n\u00b7 Time management: able to multi-task job demands in an effective manner; able to manage own schedule to meet required job tasks within delegated timelines\r\n\u00b7 Strong problem-solving skills and High level of ethics and integrity required\r\n\r\n\r\nREQUIREMENT\r\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in psychology, special education, child development, applied behavior analysis, or related field\r\n\u00b7 Relevant ABA coursework (12 units). \r\n\u00b7 Knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis, Functional Communication Training, and Reinforcement strategies\r\n\u00b7 Must be willing to drive & Reliable transportation is required\r\n\u00b7 A valid driver\u2019s license and auto insurance\r\n\u00b7 Must pass a DOJ and FBI background check\r\n\u00b7 Current TB test and current CPR certificate
