Program Information Hospice provides support and care for persons in the last phases of an incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. Hospice affirms life and neither hastens nor postpones death. At RIVA Hospice, our care team strives to keep our patients comfortable and safe in their primary residence as they continue their own journey forward -for however long that may be. We help our patients pursue comfort care, dignity, and quality of life management while working with and including their family, friends, and caregivers.
