Program Information The RightWay Foundation's mission is to help transition-age foster youth get and keep good jobs and stable housing despite the overwhelming trauma they have endured throughout their lives. RightWay partners with current and emancipating foster youth (ages 18-26+) to build a stable, self-sufficient adulthood, grounded in mental health treatment and solidified through employment. \r\nIntegrating mental health and employment services, RightWay's programs utilize intensive therapy, tailored job training and placement, dedicated housing, emotional support, financial literacy, and community.
