Program Information Advance OC\u2019s mission is to close social and health disparities by leveraging data and innovation through public-private partnerships. Our approach is rooted in the belief that community data can drive community progress. That is, understanding the lived experiences of community residents can help tailor solutions and interventions to address the greatest needs of each community. In a time of scarce resources, we recognize the importance of having targeted solutions that can address societal issues with greater precision using data-driven, equity-oriented strategies. Our theory of change is to create data intelligence that can empower communities and public-serving agencies to take action.
