Program Information Providence Mission Hospital has two Family Resource Centers (CHEC-FRC and SOC-FRC). CHEC-FRC is in San Juan Capistrano and SOC-FRC is in Lake Forest. We serve the most vulnerable in our community by offering mental health services, parenting classes, case management, legal consultations, enrollments for Medi-Cal, Cal Fresh, Cal Works, and food distributions.
