Program Information Residential Outpatient and Residential Co-Occurring substance use treatment for the homeless and criminal justice population. Liz Reid established Immanuel House (a division of Immanuel Sobriety, Inc.) as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in November of 2007. She wanted to create a catalyst to break the cycle of recidivism in the Inland Empire area of Southern California. So, she founded Immanuel House. Here, we offer evidence-based programs to strengthen individuals on their path to reentry into mainstream society. Our holistic approach involves a wide range of services, including individual assessments, transitional housing (halfway house options possible), employment resources, supplemental education, case management, alcohol rehab and addiction treatment centers, cognitive-behavioral therapy, life skills training, community and family reunification services, and single-stop access to public benefits.
