Program Information Job description\r\nUnder the supervision of Sustain Recovery\u2019s Residential Manager, the Mental Heath/Substance Abuse Direct Care Staff coordinates the daily operations and direct care of the residents in the program. The Mental Health/Substance Abuse Direct Care Staff are responsible for the supervision, protection and care of the children at all times. All Mental Health/Substance Abuse Direct Staff will be positive role models. The Mental Health/Substance Abuse Direct Staff provides support to the Residential Manager for the daily operations of the Group Home.\r\n\r\nSustain Recovery\u2019s Mental Health/Substance Abuse Care Direct Care Staff will be monitoring adolescents whose behavior is dangerous or otherwise unacceptable despite their parents' best efforts and professional intervention is required. Substance use is a common trigger of behavioral problems, and substance use disorders require specific treatment.
