Program Information VCC: The Gary Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the City of La Habra. Vista Community Clinic is a full service community clinic offering medical, dental, prenatal, acupuncture, podiatry and mental healthy services for the community regardless of the ability to pay.\r\n\r\nWe also partner and collaborate with the City of La Habra, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and the La Habra Collaborative in creating and operating Hillcrest Community Health and Wellness Center at 341 Hillcrest Street in La Habra. At this site we serve the vulnerable population and underserved providing food, hygiene products and resources to the community 6 days a week where we serve on average 70 families a day who may shop once a week.\r\n\r\nOur outreach site at Hillcrest is supported 100% by the clinic located on Harbor.
