Program Information Originally named Project Caring & Sharing, PCS Family Services, Inc. was established in 1963 in the city of Pomona, California. Project Caring & Sharing was established by Mrs. Gertie Brown in 1981. It was the social ministry of Brown Memorial Temple C.O.G.I.C. It is our desire to continue to meet the growing needs of our communities which will help us to encompass a more holistic approach by offering additional services such as our academic mentoring program, family support classes and our re-entry programs.
