Bridge for Kids has openings for Behavior\r\nTherapists and Case Managers in Los Angeles, West LA, Orange County and\r\nsurrounding areas.\r\nBridge for Kids provides services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis\r\n(ABA) to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, and typically\r\ndeveloping children requiring assistance. We utilize evidence-based ABA techniques\r\nincluding Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Incidental\r\nTeaching, Natural Environment Training (NET), and Verbal Behavior to aid in skill\r\nacquisition.\r\nREQUIREMENTS:\r\n- Experience in ABA, education, psychology, child development, or related field\r\n- Must have availability from 3 - 8 throughout the week (earlier availability and\r\nweekends a plus)\r\n- Looking for at least a one year commitment\r\n- Experience working with children (children with special needs preferred)\r\n- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation - currently, telehealth sessions\r\nare also being conducted from home\r\n- Pass a DOJ Clearance\r\n- Hard working, energetic, eager to learn\r\nJunior Case Managers must be enrolled in Masters program with ABA specialization\r\nBENEFITS:\r\n- Competitive wages\r\n- Paid training\r\n- Mileage reimbursement\r\n- Bonus opportunities\r\n- On-going training and mentorship from BCBA-level staff\r\n- BCBA Supervision available for Junior Case Managers\r\nFluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese is an asset!
