Program Information

The Behavior Lab is a play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills in ways that feel natural, engaging, and fun. Our approach combines the science of ABA with the joy of play to create learning environments where children are motivated to participate and succeed.\r\n\r\nWe believe that children learn best when they are active participants in their growth. By embedding skill acquisition into play, movement, and hands-on exploration, we help children practice important developmental areas such as communication, social interaction, self-regulation, daily living skills, and academic readiness.\r\n\r\nOur team of highly trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians work collaboratively with families, educators, and school staff to ensure that interventions are individualized, evidence-based, and socially significant. Sessions are designed to promote generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings, so that learning extends beyond the therapy environment.\r\n\r\nAt The Behavior Lab, we prioritize:\r\n\r\nChild-centered teaching: Respecting the child\u2019s interests and incorporating their strengths into therapy.\r\n\r\nPositive reinforcement: Encouraging learning through praise, choice, and motivation rather than coercion.\r\n\r\nCollaboration: Partnering with schools and families to create consistency and shared goals.\r\n\r\nDignity and inclusion: Ensuring that every child feels valued, capable, and celebrated for their progress.\r\n\r\nBy blending structured behavioral strategies with the flexibility of play, The Behavior Lab helps children develop independence, confidence, and meaningful skills that support long-term success at school and in daily life.
