Program Information Tomorrow's Leadership Collaborative (TLC) Charter School is a public school authorized by the Orange County Department of Education in 2018. TLC models best practices for inclusive education through university partnerships and a constructivist, project-based learning approach with culturally relevant pedagogy to meet the needs of diverse learners.
