Community Care Center is a 150-bed, locked psychiatric facility in Duarte, California. The Special Treatment Program is certified by DHCS-Department of Healthcare Services and licensed by the Department of Public Health. We offer specialized care and treatment for individuals 18 and older with short and long-term psychiatric conditions
