Program Information The New Mexico Harm Reduction Collaborative (NMHRC) is a non-profit organization based in Albuquerque dedicated to providing vital services including syringe access, overdose prevention education, and community engagement. We operate based on a philosophy of participant self-determination, dignity, and non-judgmental services.
