Opportunity Summary
This position allows students to obtain Hospitality experience needed to place them ahead of the rest upon graduation. This teaches and develops and it is always great when you have hotel IQ upon graduation.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
Entry level management skills to include: balancing, reviewing and adjusting hotel revenue; handling of direct bills, soft skills and leadership training.
Opportunity Training
Each position receives 40 hours of computer training prior to floor training.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
All team members and guests are required to wear masks and practice safe handwashing techniques during their shifts.
