Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. has been providing residential mental health programs at its Eureka campus since 1979. The Crestwood Eureka campus is home to a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) and an adult residential facility/social rehabilitation program, called the Pathways.
The focus of our programs centers on recognizing the unique gifts, interests and challenges of each person we serve, and supporting creativity, wellness and empowerment throughout their recovery journey.
