Crestwood Behavioral Health Center: Eureka

Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. has been providing residential mental health programs at its Eureka campus since 1979. The Crestwood Eureka campus is home to a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) and an adult residential facility/social rehabilitation program, called the Pathways.
The focus of our programs centers on recognizing the unique gifts, interests and challenges of each person we serve, and supporting creativity, wellness and empowerment throughout their recovery journey. The campus location, in the heart of California’s Redwood country, allows clients to tap into the mental health benefits that the surrounding beautiful and peaceful natural environment offers.

Cuddeback Union Elementary: School Social Work Rotation

Cuddeback School is located in Northern California just off Highway 36 along the Van Duzen River valley and amongst the towering Humboldt redwoods. We serve students in grades Kindergarten through 8th and provide a wide variety of educational programs and experiences geared toward developing “the whole child”, academically, physically and emotionally.
Cuddeback School has an experienced and dedicated instructional staff committed to student success. We have strong community support for our students and school programs. Because of the outstanding staff and community support, Cuddeback has created an educational environment in which students feel safe, cared for and nurtured.
In an effort to help ALL students achieve, we offer an excellent Before & After School Tutoring Program, Title I services, Special Education services, Gifted and Talented Education program, a (K-3) Primary Intervention program, Discovery program (4-8), Healthy Start, on-site counseling and Homework Club. We also offer sports programs including: Volleyball, Softball, Boys’ and Girls’ Varsity and Junior Varsity Basketball, Cross Country and Track.
Cuddeback is a special place because of special staff, students, parents and community members who sincerely care about children.
