Jazz’s background is in exercise science and biomechanics. The goal...To move with ease. Give every client the tools and knowledge to create an internal environment where the human body can flourish and excel. Train stability, mobility, strength and control. These are the keys to living a long, strong and fulfilled life. The progression is achieved by using various forms of exercise, which revolve around challenging the sensory input/output of the muscular system... Basically computer programming for the human body. Jazz has been working on fine tuning his craft for the past 6 years and in that time he has been exposed to a wide range of certifications that have expanded his skill set and greatly improved his thought process.
