Organization Description
Since 1978, TCIL has been a consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability, non-residential, non-profit organization that is designed and operated within a local community by and for people with disabilities.
We provide services to persons who self-identify as having one or more disabilities. Most TCIL services are available at no cost.
