Organization Description

Happy Camp Community Action, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to improving the future of Happy Camp, a small town in the mountains of very Northern California. HCCA  operates the Happy Camp Community Center located at 38 Park Way. Our current programs include First 5 Play Groups, the Happy Camp Farmers Market, CalFresh  Outreach & Application Assistance, MHSA Youth Groups, MHSA  Open Access and Referrals, Veterans services, Medical Equipment Loan Program and USDA Food Commodity Distributions.
