Organization Description

FREED’s mission is to promote independence and self-determination for people with disabilities through person-driven services, collaborative community partnerships and education, and leadership that advocates for fully inclusive communities.

FREED is a gateway to expanded choices and options at any age.  We have a number of programs centering around issues that arise with aging and disabilities.

We work with you and your family to figure out what you need, know your choices and get connected.
